Got free from the place im assisting with moving. I have one of these in service and no problems. Ill save it for a fixture that needs a lightweight ballast

These are good ballasts considering they're electronic. I just replaced an Advance PowrKut with one of these yesterday. Hopefully it lasts long.

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

I've had mine in service since at least last summer and no issue so far. I have 3 wraps in my room in a row and two are F32T8 with 28w Philips Alto2 lamps in them, the last light has T12 with the electronic ballast and right now a pair of modern nothing special Sylvania CWX 2500 lumen tubes.

As some of you know, I have an 8 foot louver fixture that is currently slimline F96T12, Eventually I must convert it to tandem F40 T12 and due the heavy thick metal of this light, it will likely get two of these advance ballasts in it.
