I had one until I dropped it and one of the ballast wires broke.

I'll save any vintage light... dead or alive! Smiley

I have quite a few of the sidemount 3800 ones and a few made in Hong Kong clones of them. I saw you're other picture of these with it sticking out of the chain mounted ceiling fixture, and I have to say that brings back memories for me as my Grandmother (Now passed away:( ) had a fixture like that with an early CFL (Probably also an Enertron as those were being given away in the early 1990's) sticking out of the bottom just like your photo
