This is something i did for my dad about 3 or 4 years ago. As you can see, it has not aged well and was only taken in when it started shooting sparks across the yard (this was used outdoors).

There's this stuff called "Heat Shrink"...this is what it is for....


Might want to learn to solder too if you don't already know how....also, remember, the word "solder" has an "l" in it....
