Awesome! As for the stuff: Almonds, inductors (that look like resistors), plastic beads, LEDs, incandescent mini Christmas light bulbs, mini confetti, glitter tape, fish pellets, and some wire?

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.
-I'll save any vintage lamp! Smiley

First guess (by: fluorescent lover 40)
01 ) plastic beads
02 ) glitter tape
03 ) wire
04 ) LEDs
05 ) fish pellets
06 ) ---

07 ) mini confetti
08 ) plastic beads
09 ) ---
10 ) inductors (that look like resistors),
11 ) incandescent mini Christmas light bulbs
12 ) Almonds

1 & 8 basically yes (they're actually in a string like garland..but still beads as far as I'm concirned)
2 yes, 3 yes, 4 yes, 5 fish gravel actually
7 it was used as packing material, but yes to me it looks just like confetti
10 just green-colored resistors, so I'll count that as a yes
11 yes, 12 no not almonds

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

I have seen these in Lithuania too, but my ones were prefilled with glitter and so. Weird, because we never had C7 nor C9 Christmas lights ever in Europe, because some old guys high up there think that they are not needed in Europe, and here you go, C9 Christmas lights sold as ornaments for the tree

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes.
We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;
