Nice Falu-red (punamulta) transformer. Never seen a wooden transformer station here. Maybe the fire risk is too high?
Is this Finland? The fence style looks typically Swedish.

That is in Elimäki in Finland now. These fences are common in Finland too. That electric line is classic Finnish "hook line"

It could use some vanes and sails and then it'd look like a windmill.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
