Ok, I know I'll probably regret this, but I have to ask - why on earth would you want to salvage this

LED is quite easy to fix of all the bulb types (even filament type). I tried resurrecting CFLs but after hundreds of electric shocks I gave up._

After fixing LED filament lamp, the lamp life would be much shorter, because there would be air in the outerbulb rather than helium or helium + oxygen, so no cooling gas for the LED filaments.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

That's why I drive it with much lower current so filaments doesn't heat up much.
