Why it takes so long time to start?

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Modern electronic self ballasted CFLs use a resonant start system, that's about the closest thing I know.

That's awesome!

I like my lamps thick, my ballasts heavy, and my fixtures tough.

Very cool starting, but I can't help but think it shouldn't be so lethargic. I've heard a bad capacitor can cause difficult starting on SRS systems, so maybe the cap in this unit is starting to go.

good223: Nope, SRS works quite different from rapid start.

Thanks every one @TheMaritimeMan Yes i think your right on the cap problem it can take some time to start sometimes and other times it instant starts, the strange thing with this fitting is it will also run T8's, it won't start T8's for a good 6 mins after switch on but you can be shore it will always start them with no switch flicking.
