I have 2 more of these. These are NOS Polamp 375 watt 220 volt flood lamps. Kinda an unusual wattage for an incandescent lamp. I really like the shape of this lamp. Again, I don't know what would be the intended use for such a lamp.

375W was often used for Infrared heat lamps, and for Photoflood lamps. You can tell them apart from normal GLS by the colour, the infrared types are very dim and only about 2400K, the Photographic types are monstrously bright and white, usually 3400K. This lamp seems to have thick glass for the bulb, which is common for hard glass envelopes, which was mainly used for infrared lamps. So I think you have an IR heat lamp here. But then the E40 cap is unusual. Maybe it is some special Polish general lighting lamp. If you can light it and see the colour temperature its application will become obvious.
