Blue light therapy lamp

Blue light therapy lamp

I got this lamp from my neighbor that used to work in a hospital in soviet years. She told me, that this lamp is used in the special device and is used for the blue light therapy. The lamp is used, and appears to be blue, but when lit it gives out practically white light, not blue. It has no etch, or it had faded away from use, because this lamp is heavily used.

I've never seen blue incandescent lamps for medical therapy. Usually deep blue fluorescent lamps are the preferred lightsource, since they can produces deeper blue.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

The effect of blue light on health scientifically is not proven. In this lamp, the main thing is simple IR radiation for preventive heating. Bruises, inflammations, etc. And the concentration of this radiation is a reflector. Blue glass plays the role of a simple filter, so that the lamp is not blinded.
