Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.

rjluna2 is right. Is lamp for inside uses. Lamp with mirror diffuse coating. For example, for old soviet "spot" lanterns. Presumably, it was made by etching the glass with acid. Curiously, these lamps also were made for local lighting 36 v.

Only the Americans call these lamps "Floodlights". In the majority parts of the world, these lamps called "spot lamps" or simply "Reflector lamps".

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.
