These three red ones are Soviet made lamps each 25 watt 220 volts. I saw one of these on ebay and it price was 100 dollars.

Those skirted E27s are certainly interesting! I'd be worried about one of those being used in an unshielded fitting in case it was connected the wrong way.

Interested in the history of electric lighting and incandescent in particular and neon glow lamps.

Finally know what those skirted bases are for! They for blocking any possible light from coming trough the stem seal so the photos wouldn't exposed and ruined preterm Later these were made with black bakelite skirts that were easier to make rather than forming iron into the skirt form

New lighting technologies is a pity fest everywhere you look. From LEDs that last only for two months, to a never-ending global starvation of t8 fluorescent tubes.
We shall reinforce ourselves with good old full mercury t12s and HIDs made to surpass one's life, and give them all the middle finger ;
