When the lease was up or renewed at about July 1st, 2017, an office suite got renovated. Yes! Always look inside these big containers! Trashed were six 175w metal-halide recessed units complete with used lamps and metal boxes.

They just threw them in the trash? Isn't that illegal since they are normally classified as "hazardous waste"?

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
