Unknown and a Minikoffer in Norway

The left one has its bowl missing but it'd be quite flat and opaque if it was there.
The right one is a dayburner at the campsite entrance near reception desk.

We spent just one night in the campsite and it was open for free because it was already during the first school week in Scandinavia which started on August, 17th. Not all the lighting was in operation.

All the lighting I've seen in operation was MV (MBF) or warmer CFLs. No single HPS spotted.

Right one looks to be Minikoffer. Its been manufactured by a bunch of companies around the Europe but since in Sweden I would guess its made by Järnkonst AB but this is just a guess.

I know only AEG as the manufacturer of the Minikoffer. We have three of them in Qiryat Ata, with 70W internal ignitor HPS lamps.

I"m don't speak English well, and rely on online translating to write in this site.
Please forgive me if my choice of my words looks like offensive, while that isn't my intention.

I only working with the European date format (dd.mm.yyyy).

I lives in Israel, which is a 230-240V, 50hz country.

Left model found in Finland too: https://calm.iki.fi/tolpat/kuva/10625 It is very rare here.

Right model sold in Finland names SLO Minikoffer 8217 and 8600 and last Idman/ Philips Minikoffer 160HPX. Was available HPS version too.

This "kuva 10625" is only web page address, not manufacturer or model. This lantern is unknown for me too.

"Kuva" means picture or photo https://calm.iki.fi/tolpat/kuvat?kaikki=1

Don't care my errors in Writing and my bad English.
LED fad off!
Fluorescent and low pressure sodium are best!

Understood. I should have checked that with my wife (she studied Finnish at the University and spent in Finland more than a year).
