This is the double ended linear incandescent light from the dome light in my Subaru Legacy. I’ve never seen the cursive Toshiba etch. Appears to be original to my car as Toshiba is a Japanese company and most American automotive lights are Sylvania.

I saw that logo printed on TTL/CMOS logic chips in synthesizers (electronic musical instruments) and old PCs from the 80ies too. Probably that logo style dates back to the 60ies/70ies.
