My camera does the same with MV, you always get the best colour in the grass and trees at night with MV lamps

Current: UK 230V, 50Hz
Power provider: e.on energy
Street lighting in our town: Philips UniStreet LED

Grab a camera, turn on a NEW MV light, set the white balance with the new MV light, then enable that whenever you're about to capture a Mercury lamp. Works everytime, and even makes the greening out of the lamp visible when you enable that setting.

How do you adjust the balance?

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
