Unfortunately the colors (red and green) are simply not bold enough to compare to regular non-led c7 bulbs...they look really flat and drab. Would make a sad Christmas tree

Why the blue lamp looks so weird? Camera does not seem to like blue light.

Too many things are secret. Only open information can really preserve old technology.

I like fluorescent and other conventional lighting and old electronic equipment. Today's things are not made to last.

These fire a lot more light to one side than the other; it was impossible to get them all lined up in the sockets the same direction so some appear washed out relative to others.

Actually you did nothing wrong, more a design flaw you've exposed if consumers have to carefully aim the bright side properly for each bulb...that's insanity
