All the Sylvania / LEDtronics Snowcone LEDs. The original one I paid $40 for, then the Ultra / Premum line, Warm White Warmglow, Warm White, and Cool White Ultras (Dimmable), then the three cheap boxed non-dimmable ones. In the front row are the replacements, very, very minor diffrences from the Ultras with the addition of 3500K bright white. The Warmglow is also still sold

Basically the top of the lamp lights up and shines down both directions. Sylvania and Philips put out all kinds of weird looking LED lamps in the early days of LEDs before they realized consumers wanted something that looked more normal and they standardized on the snowcone and glass form factors. The colors of that thing are really, really horrible compared to modern LEDs, there's almost no red emitted.
