If you take those three yellow phosphor caps off the Philips lamp youll get a nice UV/blacklight lamp, the LEDs in those are around 420nm

That's quite true. These LED bulbs are all quite strange, and the chances are many quirky experimental designs like this will all die out in favour of designs more traditional in appearance, such as the LED filament bulbs which are growing in popularity.
