Long story but, I made this beacon, out of a solar light, that was replaced. So it has 15 white LEDs (five in each row, of the three) for day mode, and it has nine red LEDs (three in each row of the three) for night mode. It will flash, just like a real LED strobe beacon. I do have a video of this beacon, in operation with its controller. It has white duct tape, for the exterior part. The three rows of LEDs are in series, and the voltage for my homemade tower strobe beacon, is 5v to the controller, and to the beacon. So yeah, i'll post the video of this beacon, in operation, if I get a chance.
