KTEB-142T is designed for 1 CFL lamp 26w through 42w.

Running a VERD-A-RAY 18Watt lamp with 19w and same measured light output as an L69 ballast Lustra wallpack.
Running a GE 18W SOX lamp with 21 watts consumed and marginally brighter. But under-runs Philips 18w SOX-E.

35°C after 1 hour on the ballast hot-point.
