Looks 20..40-ish KVA to me. Hard to guess cause ours dont look the same, so i have no scale to compare

How does the HV side Neutral go - Is that the upper wire ? Does it go all the way to the main power line / substation ?

The upper wire is the ground wire, and yes it goes all the way to the nearest substation.

Save the Cooper OVWs!! Don't them down by crap LED fixtures!!!
