What ballast it is running on, F48T12? If so, read the label carefully that said reduced wattage.

Its a green label universal ballast that has the raised center oval in the middle. Not sure if it can handle this but ive already pushed it a few times with eol rectifying lamps. If it goes im going to replace the fixture with those 1939 fixture's thu the whole basement anyway so it looks like a machine shop in the 40s.
