Streetlight & Signal Replacement

Streetlight and traffic signal replacement in Evanston, IL. The low resolution photo in the upper left is more recent than the other two. This took place just months before the mercury vapor fixture/ballast ban and the new streetlights are 250W MV, same as the old lights. Can anybody identify the various signal brands?

Actually those wire hanging are temporary...I remember living in this area (I remember those cool arm design..) The Illinois I've seen them hang them up as temporary installations for new masts....its funny....they never leave the wire hanging ones always hanging...the newer masts they use today are regular straight masts....also the fixtures in Cook County on traffic light streetlighting are those strange round FCO fixtures....know what brand those round ones are?
