Yes, the life of these lamps is always shorter than that of standard GLS lamps because the filament is driven at higher temperature in order to produce a whiter light color (i.e. at higher CCT).

50V x 20A = 1000W, just 10% output. The lamp is probably as brigt as a normal 100-200W incandescent lamp.
