This is the last one R50 Reflector Lamp have from this brand. DONAU. Sounds very Central-European but I think they are chinese. The old ones (Tungsram, Philips, Paulmann) had a slightly different (nicer) shape. Surprisingly these last quite long and do not blow fuses when they burn out. Meanwhile I had to switch to another so called "brand". GLOBO, as the others are stamped, are some the worst quality I ever encountered. Apparently there was no checking at full voltage maybe just a check if they make contact. From a batch of 16 I had to discard 7 after they had died in the first second of use. I use them in groups of 16 (or less, but then 60W) in bathrooms. Pic posted some time ago.
