That's a very nice shot! I've never seen these FCO type NEMA fixtures here, even right next to the ocean. They usually just use the acrylic refractors and paint the sides black so as not to interfere with the sea turtles.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Up until recently they used these for light rentals. Wattages available were 70, 100, and 150 but I never saw any of the 70w models. For 250w HPS, powerbrackets or floods are used, and 400w is floodlight only. They no longer offer the lower HPS wattages since they have LED "equivalents". I think they just use GE Devolves for lower wattage rentals.

Any machine is a smoke machine if you operate it wrong enough.
