The new GE Devolve that was put up yesterday. It replaced a 100w HPS 113 (that I now have). I really don't like these, the light is too "shadowy" and harsh even though it is 3000k. This is almost directly across the street from my house.

My neighborhood is all post-top type fixtures, as are most of the surrounding areas.
It was originally MV, but got converted to HPS a long time ago.

The more main streets were HPS cobraheads, but in the past year or 2 those have been being replaced with LED things.
I don't expect anything to happen within the neighborhoods though.

So you were able to get the old one I see! So how did it happen, did your plan with the poster work, I take it?

Edit, never mind I saw your other photo. But congrats anyway.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Unbelievably , the one down the road (at an intersection) from this one has already decided to crap out. It doesn't come on at night now, might be a photocell issue but probably something with the light itself. I reported it, we will see what happens.

My neighborhood where my parents live, got infected with LED as well... although... there's an area where the LED infection
didn't happen, near a cul-de-sac. The street leading to that particular cul-de-sac was not touched. I'll have to plan a way
to view the entire street someday... I have a plan for that.

Interests:
1. Motorcycles, cars, Women, and Lighting (especially fluorescent)
2. Weightlifting/staying extremely athletic
3. Severe Thunderstorms of all kinds
4. Food and drinks. So gimme them bbq ribs
Lighting has ALWAYS been a passion of mine. I consider everyone on here to be a friend
