https://www.ksal.com/great-plains-expanding-into-salina-lighting-plant/

But now we will have philips imported lamps
From Poland and India and prolly China as well

EU also got a T8 ban in 2023 so that will take Poland out.

will they still be able to manufacture the lamps in the EU even if they can't sell them there? In the U.S. there are export-only lamps produced. I see this slimline is a old school cool white. I guess the 4' slimlines were not subject to the government's inefficiency requirements that brought us cool white supreme, so nice bright lamps are still available.

Slimelines before 6 foot never was subjected
To first wave of lamp bans in 1995 and second wave as these are low volume producing lamps to start with. Now 8 foot slime
Slimelines were subjected as at the time in
1995 Epact and 4 foot bi pin and slimelines
Were in high demand. They banned all the
Halophosphor in those sizes. All the Ho
Lamps were almost unaffected. Now very few
Ho choices as those lamps use for sign lighting
So after 1995 the 700 seres took it place
741 cool white, DX 765, Nuetral deluxe 735
And that why all 3 footer T12 left the way tthey are and unchange for many years.
Back before T12 to T8 conversion craze
U would see stuff like Cool white 741 slimelines and then at the end of rows u see
A old school CW much brighter than the rest
Of the rows from those F48 or F72 slimelines
HO 8 foot got affected basically got rid of all of it colors T12 now we got cold Temp rating for
Sign use to get around those T12 HO lamp bans now were kinda stuck with Daylight
CW and Desgn50s

No LED gadgets, spins too slowly.  Gotta  love preheat and MV. let the lights keep my meter spinning.
