They are T10 shaped envelope. I have similar Korean made bulb except the base. You can see at Extra Long Life T-10 Tubular Bulb in my collection

I have somewhere a ~15..20 years old lamp that looks identical except mine came painted in transparent dark Blue, sort of a cheapie Blacklight lamp. (the paint is good quality and not flaking off)

I found a 15 watt version of this that I will be posting later, along with a fiet daylight version aswell with blue glass..
