Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

How I'd love to get one of these for the kitchen! I see a few are out. Counted at least 5 outs.

Why I like LEDs on top of other lighting tech?
LEDs = Upgrade 95% of the applications. (That is if you avoid eBay's LEDs).

LED brainwash? No, people uses them cuz they work well for them.

Everytime I see these pics, I always wonder if any of the pictured 6 lamp halfpipers survived and who made them for that matter. Suckers would probably be super bright if fitted with more modern lamps.

Surprisingly if you look up the address of the old Kresge store in Niagara Falls, NY posted in a earlier comment you'll find a current picture of the interior showing some halfpipers still in use.

Kinda interesting how if this store was built a few years later, the lighting would have probably been 8' slimline fixtures mounted in continuous rows closer to the ceiling.

The building look much bigger inside, than outside, I guess it was quite deep. I really like the HVAC diffusers and ceiling fans as well as the lighting.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
