I'd say that's a GE , the bottom looks to flat to be an AEL . About 10 min from me on the west side of Columbus they installed these same green davit poles but they're equipped with 250w PSMH cooper OVX's

I think it's a GE too.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
