Lakewood 3 Speed Box Fan

Lakewood 3 Speed Box Fan

Click to view full size image

This is my Lakewood box fan. Now I do have a lot of fans but I mostly will just show the box fans. It's 3 speeds and green in color. The blades and grids are plastic. Which I am told it is uncommon to have the green color on the square cornered box, as most green ones had round corners.

Nice!!!
I don't remember seeing many Lakewood box fans of any color with square corners!

My very first word was LIGHT!

When I got it there was a very similar one with rounded corners in blue and had the Kmart brand on it with it. I was only able to get one of the two so I picked this one.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

This one was a good choice!
I'm not sure about now but a few years ago those Kmart fans were very common.

btw, I posted pics of my 16" Philips fan. I also have a 9" Philips but can't find it right now.

Yeah I have seen a few of the blue Kmart ones around. I saw one at Habitat a while ago but the grids were broken badly so I didn't get it. I don't really need too many box fans since they're so big.

I have a similar looking box fan except mines gray and all metal.

Old lighting is, and will always be, the best lighting.
