These are all over the island, although some have been retrofitted to high pressure sodium sadly.

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.

What island?

Cool, MV bucket lights are rare around here. I know of only one in my neighborhood and a few more in my town I've noticed. This one still looks very bright and not green from the picture.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

Cool. I still occasionally see these here too...just a matter of time before they disappear though

Colored Fluorescent's such as F40T12 Red or  Green or Blue are awesome...

Are these /Dx or coated lamps? They look much whiter than a clear one. Nice fixture!

I have always been interested in lighting and especially like HIDs and all kinds of street lights. Ill try to save what I can!

This is not mine, but yes it is DX coated. There are still a lot of these on the island.

Noticed today Menards is closing out their Westinghouse 50 and 100 watt mercury vapor lamps. Only Sylvania 175 watts, for bucket lights presumably, will still be available.

I’ve noticed the 50w ones were on closeout for a while, but I didn’t know they’re getting rid of the 100w ones too.
