I love the pre-EPACT cool white color of this lamp and the Westy Blackenders. Post-EPACT cool white looks yucky in my opinion (opinion generated from relamping (and reballasting) a troffer installed in 1998 from having 1998 GE 34 watt cool white (post-EPACT) lamps to having Philips ALTO daylight lamps (the troffer was, and still is in a craft/painting room)).

Don't be fooLED, T8 IS the worst thing to do to a magnetic T12 fixture.
