American Electric model 115 With clear plastic lens. Not sure if this particular lens is made by GE or AEL. I actually have one of my own, but its fractured to the point i cant really tell who its made by.

The AEL acrylic lens are made by Lexalite the GE ones are made by Formed Plastics. Looks AEL to me.
