Nice find! I have 2 GE LU100/MED (one coated) from this era. One from May 1986 and May 1983. Literally 3 years apart! And both are NOS!!! (one has no package though)

Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

Growing up in the 80's, I always saw these lamps at the electrical wholesale store, and liked them because the still looked like a Westinghouse.
