Yes from this distance it looks like new because in the last couple of years we did replace the tubes and clean the lanterns yearly.

Yes, then you had some work. You are phasing out these lanterns also your job too....sadly.. I heard a lot of people they had a job in the lighting sector and after introducing LED lamps jobless...

But at least here in Switzerland - every street light system has to be maintained every fife year. This includes LED fixtures as well. For example the glass screen has to be cleaned and the lantern as well pole needs to be checked electrically and mechanically. So you see I still have my job in the future even with my elevated qualification in the future.
Saying that LED lighting systems does not need any maintain is so wrong. Everyone thinks that after installation one can leave it till its failure or catastrophic desaster but here the user of a professional lighting system has its responsibility to keep the system alive and at a safe level.
