I was fixing to ask You if this was the one that came with You’re widelite But You answered my question,

I’m glad You saved it 👍💡

This could be the original bulb for Youre lite,
Being it’s a clear top it’s at least 70s vintage and Youre widelite is from the 60s So this could be the original 👍
Very nice !!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!

vintageflourescent: Thanks!, being that it's a bonus line it's probably more like early '60's

HomeBrew : Thanks!, yes it's still bright, not /DX bright but for a lamp going on 60 yrs old it's pretty bright!

I bought a pair of bulbs like Youres off eBay around 9 years ago
The came from an old army base relamp sometime in the 1960s The arc tubes are black - I bought them for display
The sellers were fixing to throw them away if they didn’t sale, Well as You know couldn’t let that happen 😜
I recently install one of them in my dumpster save widelite

These beautiful old mercury vapor light bulbs display so well ,

Only problem with them is You have to be extremely careful when handling them,
