Those are Cooper OVY. It has a sag lens. The OVF has the flat lens.

Yep OVY. Other than the glass they're identical models though. This is the older version made from about 1992 to about 2002 or 2003. After that, they used a bail latch like the GE models do. The hinge design changed on all Cooper cobraheads, I think in 2004 or 2006.

Fixed, thanks guys ! I don't know much about the Cooper lights and get them mixed up since they used pretty much every letter of the alphabet in their various model designations

And these are probably rather early models since they've been there since at least 1994 or 1995.
