There are several of these at my local urgent care . As is usual for these , this one has moisture problems. The lamp is a Sylvania and doesn't work since the arc tube is confetti and has been for a while now. I'd guess they can't get it open to service it !

I think I've seen the ones that use PAR30 or PAR38 CMH lamps more. I think I saw a inground HID light a few years ago at Restore but never ended up getting it.
