LED Yardblaster on my neighbor's garage - at night

LED Yardblaster on my neighbor's garage - at night

Click to view full size image

I installed this, (along with a 2nd around the corner) on my neighbor's garage replacing a 175w MV NEMA and a 100w PSMH yardblaster in order to help lower his electric bill. these are $35 Amazon Specials. They have been running D2D for a little over a year with no issues. They have a 5yr warranty . Brightness wise, I think they have comparable output to the 100w PSMH they replaced ! The PC's however, are a little weird as they turn on really late and turn off really early.
Not Bad !

Did you keep the old lights?

Good quality things are awesome. Cheaply made things are not.

I heard with the LED photocells, often they turn on late because the LEDs don't require a warm up time like HID. I would guess the turn off early is to make it even more "green". lol

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.

The neighbor kept the old ones in case these fail. I'll wind up with them eventually !
I kinda like how the PC's work as I have a couple that turn on/off WAY earlier/later than I'd like.
