I have the 250W one like this. I notice the starting electrode is at the opposite end to normal the same as mine, this is the only one like this apart from mine that I've seen. What is the date code and are there any military markings on the lamp cap and box..? If so I'm guessing they may be from the same seller as I got the one I have.
