Those starters are very hard to kill, they should survive what other starters may not.

Polamp ZTE 13... 80W and Russian (USSR) made starters are the best for me. They are very good and can survive many EOL lamps. In my opinion, not so good is aPolamp starter for series operation 4-22W. It has a very small bimetal. The 13-80W one has a very big bimetal.
