This is a Grandlite 175w mercury vapor area light with a 12 inch reflector. The ballast kit inside is a little wobbly but it still works perfectly. It originally had a Philips deluxe white bulb but unfortunately it broke.

The 12" refractor makes it look a lot like a NEMA head, other than the clips.

Collect vintage incandescent and fluorescent fixtures. Also like HID lighting and streetlights.
