I think that's a GE M-250R2.

Power provider: Southern California Edison (SCE)

-Date decoder of some US lamps 1960-present.
-Switch and receptacle collector.

Yep an M-250R2! Looks like a 1985-1992 version (first generation) with the refractor semi-recessed into the door on the "house side". The glassware is also the (nicer, IMO) deep GE glassware, which was discontinued in 1992.
