Looks like it. It's a cool looking transformer, you don't see many around.

Utilities would rather stockpile single phase and hang them in banks. More flexibility and easier to hang three small compared with one large. Also on transformer failures, you could change out one small failed compared with having to change the entire three phase out.

VERY COOL! This one is tricky, I'm leaning towards Westinghouse. It's certainly from the 50s.
