I had this bulb in my bathroom for a few months now. Today, it didn’t turn on. There is no obvious cause for failure. I will do an autopsy soon.

I'll bet theres one manufacturer making LED lamps for a dozen brands. Seems like almost LED lamp looks the same now. Which honestly I like, since I can match brands in a fixture without it being totally obvious. Try doing that with a yellow triangle shape Philips LED from 10 years ago and any other lamp lol.
