Starters and mislabeled package

I was browsing through a discount store today and saw these starters and fuse adapters. It looks like the end package is mislabeled. The starter packages said copyright 1977 on the back of them.

It looks like Eagle and GE had a deal with each other back in the day as those type S fuse adapters say Eagle on them. GE made some good stuff back in the day (I love saying that "Back in the day")
It also looks like that pack of type S fuse adapters with the FS 2 starter card was either on the shelf awhile (In the sun) or it could be a repack that was attached to the wrong card.
