Nice Oldies from Ebay! Sadly, the one on the right doesn't work as both filaments have detached from their supports (or maybe were never attached in the first place) as you can see some phosphor has worn away where the filaments have rolled around during their long existence.

Colour is /83 which is warm white triphosphor. These tubes are unusual in that they have metal bases which is not common in this type of PL lamp.

Nice classic lamps here fromthe very first generation. I have the same ones known as PL 36W/84 from 1987 with the same metal base.

The metal bases disappeared very quickly indeed, you did well to find these! Even though the metal base continued to be used on the photo for the packaging for many years, it seems that it was dropped just a year or two after the introduction of the PL-L types.
