This isn't a Cooper RMA. The lamp socket in the RMA has the terminal connections built into it. This clearly does not. I don't think it's an AEL Series 11 either because the latches on the reflector of the 11 are offset and these appear to be on equal opposite sides. It could be a Hubbell. I had a Hubbell NEMA once. Can't remember exactly what it looked like though. Only kept it for a short time.

Yeah I think it's a Hubbell. Because the slipfitter has the same bump on it near the housing and the leveling screw like the one in the link you provided. Also the latches on the reflector are on equal opposite sides on both fixtures. The big give away that it's not a Cooper RMA is the lamp socket though.
